Holds a Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D) degree and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Southern Methodist University in Texas, USA, and a Bachelor's in Law from the University of Jordan. With over 20 years of legal experience in corporate law, arbitration, and construction, specializing in corporate governance and institutional risk management. His academic career spans over ten years, including serving as Dean of the College of Law at Qatar University from 2010 to 2014. Previously held the position of Regional Director for Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Legal Group and headed Al-Hababi Law Office.
